Doing your due diligence will pay big dividends when you are looking for a program to help you loose unwanted weight. I have seen commercials on TV for diets for many years and really did not pay much attention to them. For the most part, we can really discount all the hype from the profession athletes or models. When you do your due diligence there are a number of things that can give you a leg up.
Notice the photographic trickery used. The before picture is always closer, thus larger and the after is at taken at a greater distance. Yes, they have lost weight, but the picture distorts the result.
Beyond this thought, they rave about the amount of weight lost. Sixty seven pounds lost by this person and forty five for that one. What you must due is figure out how long will each companies meals takes to loose thirty pounds. Then compare on the same basis. The factor is, how quickly can loose the weight, as long as it is safe. When it takes longer, you can become discouraged. The mark of thirty pounds can also be used to determine the cost that the plan to achieve the weight loss that you would like to have.
One other thing that is often over looked is the nutrition value. Often the ready-to-use food systems provide by plans have low amounts of vitamins and minerals. The companies usually have supplements available to sell to you. This improves their bottom line and adds to your outlay. Do you due diligence before committing to a plan.
